2006 RTA/ARTP Junior Tennis Circuit

Week #9:  Fredericksburg Country Club  

Head Pro Rob Light hosted approx. 40 juniors at his club.  A week of record breaking heat probably caused many players to not sign up, but a veritable 'cold front' came through the area on Friday and Saturday's temps were perfect for summer play.

In the boy's 14s, only two players signed up.  Burkwood member Eric Smith had his only opponent withdraw prior to the event.  That is the first time no matches were played in boys 14s all year.
