CCV claims the title with 109 points

CCV Captain Tom Wallace is presented
with the Anthem Cup. It will be engraved with the CCV name
and placed in the club's trophy case until next year's challenge.

Tom Wallace, CCV Captain, thanked the RTA and Anthem for making the tournament possible, Robious for having the 'thankless' task of running the tournament, Westwood for hosting and the "wallbangers who bang on the wall after a good point" for showing support for their team.

"I wish I would have had time to go home and put on a suit," said Tom, who says he likes to dress up to show respect for the sport.

CCV Pro Carl Clark attributed his team's success to having a really good line-up this year. "Our 3.0s got us off to such a good start on Friday and we just kept strong all through the tournament."

Robious Volunteer Karen Williams said she's just glad Robious doesn't have to run the tournament for another 12 years......
