With a long history of showcasing the best tennis talent in Richmond, the RTA determined to make the City Tournament the shining venue that it once was.  With improvements to the format and Mother Nature cooperating, a barbeque was held on the first day but crowds were still light for the family divisions.

By the end of the week, the bleachers were full as area fans came out to support their favorites.
