Captains, Coordinators & Players,

It is hard to believe that it is time to once again start thinking about the 2009 Winter Mixed Doubles League. I am looking forward to my fifth season as coordinator. Last year was our most successful season yet and I hope this year is even better. We had 1,468 players representing 107 teams last year. This is now the largest local mixed doubles league in the Mid-Atlantic Section. Having said that, we still have a long way to go to catch up with one local league in Northern California that had 9,406 players playing across 466 different teams. (Wow)

I would like to thank the RTA for allowing me to post league information on their website again this year. Please check here for all of the information including the schedule, team numbers, etc.

I will be contacting each club's coordinator in the coming weeks to begin the process of setting up the league. Please refer to the list of important dates to assist in your planning. Captains, please contact your club pro and let them know of your intent to have a team this winter.
