2007 RTA/ARTP Junior Tennis Circuit Week
#9: Willow Oaks
WELCOME
TO WEEK #9 of
the RICHMOND JUNIOR SUMMER CIRCUIT
an Event Sponsored by the
ASSOCIATION OF RICHMOND TENNIS PROFESSIONALS
with the USTA, Richmond Tennis Association and USPTA
|

|
|
It
is August in Richmond, so it comes as no surprise that the ninth
week of play in the junior summer circuit was steaming
hot. Thankfully, most of the play was held on clay
courts, and there were lots of large oak trees to shield fans and
players from the sun.
|
|
Willow
Oaks Director of Tennis, Lynn Bybee, along with junior helpers CJ
Williams and Erin Moore, kept play moving along on the club's indoor
and outdoor courts.
Next
week at Avalon marks the end of the 2007 regular season.
Players who have accumulated enough points throughout the summer
will be invited to participate in the Masters Tournament to be held
at CCV in September.
Good
Luck and Congratulations to this week's Champions!
